Ingredients for Paneer Pizza: Medium pizza base - one Cubed paneer - 100 gm Properly chopped spinach - one bunch Butter - one tbsp Pizza sauce - one tbsp Green pepper (Cubed capsicum) - one Grated cheese cubes - 100 gm Basil - one handful For Garnishing: Spice oregano - one tsp Chilli flakes - one tsp How to prepare Paneer Pizza: Step 1) Have a ready-made pizza crust. If you like healthy eating, then opt for multi-grain or wheat base. You could also make the pizza base at the house by kneading the dough using a little yeast and salt. Let it rest for six hours. Knead it once more & make round based out of this. Step 2) Coat the layer of butter on the pizza base, and then with pizza sauce. If you don’t have the pizza sauce at your place, you could utilize tomato ketchup. Clean the spinach & slice it properly. Unevenly crumble the paneer & slice the capsicum. Have a layer of paneer, capsicum and spinach leave on the pizza base. Top it using shredded basil leaves. Keep some of them for the topping. Step 3) Next, grate the cheese on pizza.
